By signing up to our Services, you have agreed with these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with FINTANI Services Sdn Bhd and its affiliates (“FINTANI”, “our”, “we”, “us”, “Group”). Please read through the Terms thoroughly and carefully to ensure you understand fully. You are bounded by this agreement when you signed up for our Services.

You are required to register an account with us prior to using our Services. By registering, you have agreed to disclose the following information, including but not limited to:

1. Name
2. Identification Card (IC) / Passport Number
3. Address
4. Mobile Phone number

If you are a non-Malaysian citizen, you must be currently residing in Malaysia and have a residence address.

By registering an account with us, you hereby warrant and represent that you are eighteen (18) years old and above. If you are below eighteen (18) years old, you do not meet the requirement to use our Services.

The provision of our Services and the activation of your Account is solely at our discretion. Once your Account has been activated, your use of the FINTANI Mobile Application (“App”) and its Services shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Services.

If you have been found to have violated any of these Terms and Terms and Conditions, we have the right to terminate your account and also blacklist you from using our Services and our affiliates’ Services. Once your Account has been activated, your use of the App and the Service shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Services.

Once you have repaid all of your Loan, your account will automatically be closed. Your account information with us, however, will be kept for seven (7) years as required by PDPA from the day of the account’s closure.

Our Services are only strictly for your own personal use.

Third parties services are not allowed on our Services. Any third parties that claimed to be in partnerships with us are false. We shall not be responsible and liable for any products and services offered to you by third parties.

By using our Services, you agree that:

1. Any in-app transactions, including top-up, occurring will be solely your responsibility
2. You shall not use the money for any criminal offenses, we will assist in any investigation should this situation arise

You are not allowed to transfer your Account to any third party. If found, we have the right to terminate your Account and blacklist you from using our Services.

Only one (1) Account can be registered per device.

You agree to full indemnify the Group from any losses, accidents, liability, damages, expenses, and/or actions that arise from your own actions whilst using our Services.

We reserve the rights to cancel or block any transactions at our discretion without assigning any reasons.

All transactions are only denominated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). No other currencies are accepted unless stated otherwise.

You are solely responsible to safeguard and keep confidential your Account information, including but limited to: PIN number, password and username. If you have typed in the wrong PIN number or password for more than two (2) times consecutively, your Account will be immediately blocked and all transactions will be cancelled immediately. If that happens, you must contact Customer Service to prove your identity and reactivate your Account.

You agree that FINTANI are not solely responsible and liable for any possible damages, expenses, losses, liabilities that you have suffered and/or incurred whilst using our Services. You must possess latest iOS and Android V version to be able to use our Services. You agree that we are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any issues, damages, losses and/or expenses arising from your mobile incompatibility with our Services.

If you lost access to your phone, you must immediately contact us via our customer service email:[email protected]or hotline 603-4051 2041 to temporarily block your Account to prevent any possible fraud from happening.

If any provision of these Terms of Service were to become null, void, waived or removed, the remaining provisions are still valid.

These Terms of Service is constituted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

You acknowledge that our Services and our affiliates’ Services are owned by FINTANI and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights law.

We reserve the rights to change, revise, modify, vary, restrict or suspend these Terms by providing you with a fourteen (14) days’ notice in such manner as we deem fit.

By signing up to our Services, you have consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as per FINTANI’s Privacy Policy

If you do not agree with this Policy, you are not allowed to use our Services.
